Installing IMCE Image uploader in Drupal 6

The FCKeditor is nice but it needs an image uploader to help manage files on the Drupal site. IMCE is the best choice for this.

Would love to watch this screencast, but it looks like it's on a youtube server. An alternative video host would be nice for those of us climbing the Drupal learning ladder behind the Great Firewall of China. :(
